Sprint is continually working to improve its network and occasionally that means
adding a new site. To submit your property for review, click here and input it directly into our database. Once
you have submitted your information, you will only be contacted ONLY if there is
interest in your property. Please note that for a building to be suitable as a wireless
facility location, it typically needs to be 4-5 stories tall.
An alternate way that you can present your property to the telecommunications industry
would be to search online for companies that cater to our industry by providing
management and marketing of cell site space. These companies occasionally build
speculative sites and because they provide these services to all of the carriers
- not just Sprint - they may know of others looking for property in your area. Just
search for "tower" or "cell site" management. You should see names like Crown Castle,
American Tower or SBA in your search results.
Just to set your expectations, you should know that Sprint is not building very
many new sites but instead is working hard to upgrade and expand the functionality
of its existing facilities. When a new site is needed, we prefer to find existing
towers from one of the companies mentioned above because they handle much of the
preliminary work, which speeds up the process.
